No more standing in line just to hit a few balls. Children start hitting the ball over the net with each other early in the session. Movement and technique are taught with an emphasis on “doing” rather than “watching”. Children will learn the basics of how to hold the racquet, how to hit the ball and how to move on the court, with the focus on having fun and playing games. (7 & 8 yrs) Click here for dates.
Orange Ball players use the orange ball and play on a 3/4 court over a lowered net. This class focuses on learning correct technique and game strategy while promoting fun on the court. The orange ball not only helps the junior be successful more quickly, but is also the transition ball to full court playing. (8 - 10 yrs) Click here for dates.
An introduction to full court tennis using a green dot ball. Singles and doubles play, while focusing on strokes, point play and scoring. Must be able to rally and serve. (11 and under) Click here for dates.
Juniors wanting to join the program must arrange an assessment with Miran, our Head of Junior Development, prior to registering. The Green Dot Select program is designed for players who are 10 and under and are looking to acquire the skills and tactics necessary for full court tennis while using the green dot ball. Players must be able to rally with a coach on the full court as well as have an understanding of the rules of the game. (10 and under) Click here for dates.

No tennis experience required! This fun fast-paced tennis program is designed to get your feet moving and your heart pumping. This program is for beginner players. The focus is on learning all the basics of squash, such as grip, basic shots, positioning and general rules of play. Have fun and keep moving, all while learning a new sport! (8+ yrs) Click here for dates.

This program is intended for Novice Junior squash players - kids who are ready to start learning to “play” squash. Focus will be spent on piecing together rallies, developing an accurate serve and movement - all in a fun learning environment! (8+ yrs) Click here for dates.
